soon. There will be a band gig on the 15th May at the Barfly
in Glasgow, it's a support slot for a touring band. I'll post
more details once I know more myself. And there will be a stripped
down, sort of intimate acoustic show at Nice 'n Sleazies in
Glasgow on 25th May with two other local acts. Again I'll post
more when I know more. It's hot outside and it's confusing me
coz it's only April, but I'm not complaining coz the sun just
gives people energy and a positive lift and I need some of that
coz I feel quite exhausted. I wouldn't mind being near the warm
sea with some Stan Getz playing and a large pineapple by my
side. And a bucket filled with ice cold Becks and curly wurlies.
Can anyone help?

I'm currently
plotting some more gigs and will be recording the first material
since the Midst of the Storm EP at the weekend. And not before
time too. You can buy the current EP from me
directly as well as the places listed in the 11th Feb entry.
I'll post more details of gigs once they're sorted.

I've just
been asked to do an acoustic set at the Universal Bar in Glasgow
this Friday (4th April) supporting Lexxi. Some more details
about the whole thing at www.acousticaffair.co.uk
or email me.

I think
I've got over my creating stupid pictures phase, so now to the
music. If anyone lives in Glasgow, can play cello and is interested
in playing a live gig then please email
me! It's a long shot huh? But what the hell. If anyone can play
keyboards well then email me please. Hell why don't I just become
the Polyphonic Spree 2, that would be great. Get lots of people
involved and loads of instruments playing my songs. That would
be so much fun. But how do they survive? When they play towns
they must spend so much money on rooms, taking over entire hotels
or something. Anyway, they're playing T in the Park, as are
the glorious Flaming Lips. I'm getting distracted now. What
should I be plugging. Okay, the vinyl EP, few copies still available.
Can buy them direct from me now too as well as the places listed
further down the news section. Scroll down if interested. Oh,
they'll be available to buy in
Monorail in Glasgow as of Saturday too.

Here's another
picture I've made, completely non music related but there
will be proper news soon, I promise! Apologies to those who
don't get these references, it's quite a British thing. Oh and
excuse my foul language, I'm usually a really polite soul. Wait,
here's some decent news, I'll be recording new material in the
studio on the weekend of April 12th and 13th

Here's what
I've made recently. Especially for Gail Tilsley fans. Hope no
one takes offence. Pic

It's short
notice, but I've been asked to do an acoustic set at Stereo
(Kelvinhaugh Street in Glasgow) this Wednesday (19th March),
opening for a couple of bands. It's a fundraising gig and will
only be a few pounds. Should start any time around 8pm and I'll
definitely be on first.
